Guests “enter” the virtual photo booth using their own phones. QR codes are placed on tables and around the venue to scan. Guests choose if they would like to make a photo, GIF, or burst and which custom overlay they would like. They follow the prompts to complete the process and receive their photo. If desired, we can even include a message or survey in the prompt. Simply encourage guests to take the photos they would normally be taking with their phones through the virtual booth. Now, hosts will have all the pictures from the event that were taken with individual guests’ phones in one central location! No need to track them all down. They will be part of the online gallery for the Ring Light Social Booth or their own online gallery, if the stand alone option is chosen.
